We thanked the manager, Tiffany, for her entire team’s hard work to make this one of our very favorite and most enjoyable dinners ever. We ended with our Maria dessert, chocolate & vanilla hot&cold everything, which was out of this world. Our server, Miguel, was the best as was Roberto who graciously packed our leftovers, there was a ton, so we could travel with them back to LA and the food would not spoil. The Sous Chef, Jonathan, was gracious to not only prepare it, but she said it’s the best she ever had. My friend ordered something that wasn’t even on the menu, a pasta dish with Alfredo sauce. I ordered the Pollo Parmegiano which truly was the best I’ve ever eaten. We then went onto Bruschetta as our appetizer. We started with their delicious hot toasted bread and olive oil, garlic, sweet basil and every other ingredient that makes this a great starter. This restaurant, by far, is just the best restaurant not only in the Long Beach area, but California as a whole.
